Was not sure what to expect but it was a very relaxed informal session. I felt comfortable and encouraged to ask questions relevant to myself and own health issues.

I felt that I benefitted immensely with all the exercises. Louise Jordan is a good leader and manages to get the most from her patients...thanks to her and her colleagues.

Cant think of anything that I could have been done better.

Lou was great, kind, listened well, gave me lots of options and talked to me like I was normal, no pity. Definitely go back, Lou is really good to get everything out to and understands.
